Department of Teaching and School Leadership Learn and research theory and practices for school education with the aim of cultivating highly specialized professionals with advanced educational skills in practice who can manage and resolve issues at educational sites in a highly skilled manner through the cross-link, intercommunication, and integration of theory and practice. - Teachers with the ability to immediately respond to educational issues- Teachers with the ability to play a key role in school - Required number of credits: 46 credits or more (scheduled reduction from 50 credits) Common subjects: 22 credits Elective subjects: 14 credits (scheduled reduction from 18 credits) Practicum training at school: 10 credits (Students with 10 years of experience or more will be exempt from this) - Study report on educational practices |
