1. Main Activities of the China Office

　　 ●　Overseas offices were established in Changchun and Shenyang in order to facilitate activities pertaining to the
　　　 　O-NECUS program, a student exchange agreement between Okayama University and a set of universities in the
　　　　 northeastern region of China.

2. Background

●　To heighten the fostering of human resources by utilizing China’s 　　　　economic development. 　　●　To support the entry of Japanese businesses into China. 　　●　To increase opportunities for Chinese citizens to attend a Japanese 　　　　university and work in a Japanese company.

3. Mission
