The 8th Entrance Ceremony Okayama - Hue International Master's Program was held at Hue University

On September 19 Okayama University held the 8th entrance ceremony for of Okayama - Hue International Master's Program.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Nam-ho Huh, executive director and vice-president (education), Dr. Kiyoshi Okuda, dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, graduates of the program, and current students. Dr. Huh gave a message of encouragement to the new members as well as thanking members of both universities involved in the program, noting that the program was special in that it was at the forefront of advancing the internationalization of the university. Dr. Truong Quy Tung, vice-president of Hue University, stated that the forty graduates so far from the program had shown remarkable performances and that the results gained and quality from the program were highly valued.

The International Master's Program involves specialized training in agriculture and environmental studies at Hue University alongside Japanese language education by the university's school of languages staff over six months, after which the students enter the Doctor's Course of Okayama University. Many competent Vietnamese students have participated in the course so far.
