令和7年度情報セキュリティe-Learning未受講の教職員の方へ （6月中旬以降学内ネットワークへの接続ができない方へ）

令和7年度情報セキュリティe-Learning未受講の教職員　各位

5月31日の受講期限までに受講いただけなかったため，
岡大ID停止措置として，学内ネットワークへの接続を停止しています。
（事務系職員は「事務情報システムへの接続」についても制限をかけています。）

学内ネットワーク・事務情報システムの利用再開を希望される場合は，以下をご確認ください。
※どちらも個別の依頼による即時再開はできません。

【学内ネットワーク利用再開手順】
　①自宅のパソコンまたは自身のスマートフォンから
　　情報セキュリティe-Learning/岡山大学Moodleにアクセスし，岡大IDでログイン。
　②情報セキュリティe-Learningを受講し，「Test」にて70点以上で合格。
　③合格の　翌日　より，学内ネットワークの利用が自動的に再開。

【事務情報システム利用再開手順】
　①岡山大学Moodleにて情報セキュリティe-Learningを受講。
　②情報統括センター問い合わせフォームにて以下の内容を入力し，合格を報告。

　③情報統括センターから利用再開連絡を受け，利用再開。
　　（受講確認は順次対応となりますので，利用再開まで数日間要します。）

We suspended your campus network access
because you had not yet passed the Information Security e-Learning course.

To resume your campus network access,
you must pass the Information Security e-Learning course.
Following are the steps to resume your campus network access.
※We cannot accept individual requests for immediate resuming.

【How to resume your campus network access】
① Go to the Information Security e-Learning course by your PC or Smartphones from off-campus network.
② Click on the English version of the test,
and take the course until you take with a score of 70 or higher.
③ Your campus network access will be automatically resumed by the next day.

【How to resume the office system】
① Take the course until you take with a score of 70 or higher.
② Enter the following information in CITM Inquiry Form and report your acceptance.
