and fostered. As a result, water environment specialists who can master
the functions of the natural environment are produced to lead the community.
They can thereby help to expand plans with a global sense based on the
water environment to forecast possible global warming impacts to the temperate
zone in line with what to do in the future.
④ The water circulation facilities set on the campus can be the place where
local community people visit and feel comfortable. It also helps greatly
with education for pupils of local primary schools as well as students
