■ Effectiveness

① Introducing the program contents to students as early as possible helps create good human resources with communication skills and the knowledge of social problems.

② The students can learn functions of the natural environment through continuous observation of the natural environment by contacting creatures along with the biotope building process. Therefore, it would be intellectually influential to the students, and help them build their lives in the future as human beings.

③ Because students can experience, on-site, the technologies available there and the knowledge to solve the problems in domestic and internationally, they can more quickly learn mechanisms of global level environmental issues. Consequently, problem-solving type of human resources can be instilled and fostered. As a result, water environment specialists who can master the functions of the natural environment are produced to lead the community. They can thereby help to expand plans with a global sense based on the water environment to forecast possible global warming impacts to the temperate zone in line with what to do in the future.

④ The water circulation facilities set on the campus can be the place where local community people visit and feel comfortable. It also helps greatly with education for pupils of local primary schools as well as students of junior high schools and high schools.
