Educational Philosophy
1. Nursing strives to improve the quality of life of people at all levels of health through attentive and effective care.2. Nurses work in various settings-hospitals, clinics, communities, corporations, schools-and provide care to people at all levels of health.
3. Nurses function as members of a care team that also includes health, medicine and welfare professionals. In particular, nursing requires a deep understanding of people, strong professional skills and expertise, and basic competence in the social sciences and life skills.
4. Nursing requires active problem solving and creative thinking, as well as logical planning, practice, and evaluation.
5. Nurses employ both national and international perspectives while providing care.
6. The Nursing Course shares the philosophies of health promotion and respect for human dignity with the Faculty of Health Sciences. These philosophies are incorporated into every level of the curriculum, including lectures, seminars, and practice.
7. Moreover, the Nursing Course strives to improve the educational environment by listening to students' opinions and incorporating their suggestions into the program.
