Practitioners of the stress check (three members: occupational mental health
physicians and a public health nurse who are under a confidentiality obligation)
handle the data entered by employees and never disclose the test result
of each employee to the third party including employer without the employeefs
consent. For the collective analysis of data in the workplace, the results
will be used in a form such as an anonymous group analysis that can not
be personally identifiable.
