Objective
Helping employees to identify the level of stress that they are under and to self-care and helping employers to improve the work environment through collective analysis of data in the workplace.

Surveillance period
October 10- 2017 `October 31-2017

Subjects

Employees working 29 hours or more per week according to employment contract
*Employees working less than 29 hours per week should use gStrerss self-check at workplaceh of the Japanese Ministry of Health,Labor and Welfare iŒϊΆ˜J“­Θ‚́g5•ͺŠΤ‚Ε‚Ε‚«‚ιEκ‚ΜƒXƒgƒŒƒXƒZƒ‹ƒtƒ`ƒFƒbƒNhjthat can be done in 5minutes and will be posted on the web on or after October 20 November,1,2017. Handling of the results

Practitioners of the stress check (three members: occupational mental health physicians and a public health nurse who are under a confidentiality obligation) handle the data entered by employees and never disclose the test result of each employee to the third party including employer without the employeefs consent. For the collective analysis of data in the workplace, the results will be used in a form such as an anonymous group analysis that can not be personally identifiable.
