A special PhD course for “Organ Regeneration, Oral Reconstruction and Integrative Biology” to collaborate with ASEAN leading medical universities
Our special PhD course, “Organ Regeneration, Oral Reconstruction and Integrative Biology” at Okayama University Graduate School of Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences (OUGSMDP) was selected as the International Priority Graduate Programs (PGP) by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT). We implement this program to contribute toward achieving the goal of being a basis of excellent human resources at ASEAN leading medical universities and producing world-leading researchers including an establishment of persistent regional supported organization. The detail of the program and the application procedure are as follows:

Degree:
Doctoral degree in Medicine, Dentistry or Pharmacy
Graduate School:
Graduate School of Medicine, Dentistry and Pharmaceutical Sciences
Admission quota:
4 people per year
Eligibility for application
Candidate must:
be under 35-year-old when the Doctor course starts.
be a citizen of ASEAN countries.
have a state of well-being.
be a exceptional person whose GPA of the most recent educational status is more than 2.30.
have high language skills.
(e.g. English (CEFR): more than B2, Japanese (JLPT): more than N2)
has eligibility to enter Doctor Course of Graduate School in Okayama University.
--- a student who has a high academic achievement equaling or surpassing to bachelorship in the Medical or Dental field from Universities in Japan including a Master Degree.
be able to start the enrollment at Okayama University from Oct. 1st of the year when you submit the application.
not receive any other scholarship or fellowship neither from Japan or his/her home country.
Copy of passport -- photo page of your valid passport
Academic transcript of the most recent educational status
Certificate of Language proficiency test (either English or Japanese) which is convertible to CEFR level
