submitted to the International Exchange Office of the student’s
home university. Further information regarding EPOK and Okayama

included with your application (name written on the back of each

- A copy of
the photo page from your valid passport (name, date of birth,
etc. must be visible)
- TOEFL score
record (for applicants from non-English speaking countries)
