Reserch Promotion

Objective

Okayama University positively pushes forward collaborative research with the inner and outer organizations, and supports research promotion for the development to new research fields, the expansion of the research field, the acquisition of the large-scale research fund and et.al. Especially, since different field fusion and/or interdisciplinary research produces a new research field and shifts the paradigm of research, it is expected to contribute development of the academism and the society.

Support Program for Young Researches

This program performs the startup support for entry-level young researchers in Okayama University, by preparing the research environment including research funds.

(a) Support Program of Research StartupThis program performs the startup support for entry-level young researchers in Okayama University, by preparing the research environment including research funds.

(b) Support Program for Top Researcher This program rewards the young particularly-excellent researcher in Okayama University, as well as supports grownup of young researches, who can play active role internationally, by preparing research environment with research encouragement fund.

(c) Support Program for Interdisciplinary Research Grownup This program supports creation and grownup of the small research cooperation body of around several next-generation young researchers, especially those in different academic fields in Okayama University.

Support Program for Inner Collaborative Researches

This program rewards the young particularly-excellent researcher in Okayama University, as well as supports grownup of young researches, who can play active role internationally, by preparing research environment with research encouragement fund.

Support of Inner Research Promotion

This program performs support for various research promotion in Okayama University including support of organization or enforcement of the large-scale research project, as well as that of global “Center of Excellent” program provided by Mext and Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (KAKEN) application et al.

Support of Competitive Fund Acquisition

This support provides information of public research funds sponsored by JSPS, JST, NEDO and et al., and guides you about those fund application. How to write the application form of Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (KAKEN) are lectured in seminar every year.
