To everyone affected by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria

　We would like to express our deepest condolences to the victims of the earthquake that struck southern Turkey and Syria on February 6, and our deepest sympathies to the many people, their families, and other concerned parties who have been affected by this tragedy.
　We would also like to express our respect for all those who are working hard in the difficult rescue operations in the affected areas, and wish for the earliest possible recovery of the affected areas.
　Okayama University has concluded inter-university and inter-departmental international exchange agreements with three universities in Turkey, and we are also accepting students from Turkey, and we will continue to support them as well.
