　今年度は、新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大防止のため、出席者を制限し、入学生と学内関係者のみで執り行う予定です。ご家族様のご入場はできませんので、ご了承ください。
　出席にあたっては、各自で健康チェックを実施いただき、マスクの着用をお願いします。みなさまの健康と安全を守るため、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

　※今後の状況の変化に応じて、実施について変更する場合があります。

【場所】岡山大学創立五十周年記念館　金光ホール

　○ 入学許可
　○ 学長式辞
　○ 入学生宣誓
　○ 閉式の辞

【注意事項】
　出席にあたっては以下の事項を遵守願います。　１　各自で健康チェックを行い、マスク着用のうえ、当日９時から９時５０分までの間に記入後の健康チェック表を持って、会場にお越しください。万一、発熱や息苦しさ、倦怠感などの症状がある場合は出席を取りやめてください。また会場の検温時に体温が37.5度を超えている場合は、入場をお断りいたします。
　　　　＊健康チェック表はこちら　２　式場内では、座席表示に従って前列から順次、間隔を空けて着席してください。　３　その他、会場内では、会場スタッフの指示に従って行動してください。

【Safety Notice】
Please comply with the following regulations in attending.1. Please check your health status, wear a mask, and come to the venue with the completed health checklist from 9:00 to 9:50 on the day. If you have any symptoms such as fever, suffocation or malaise, please refrain from attending. If your body temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees at the time of the venue checking, you will not be allowed to enter.
