本学では、令和4年度岡山大学学位記等授与式を以下のとおり午前と午後の2部構成で執り行います。（式典の模様を大学ＨＰで同時配信いたします。）
来場の際は入退場時の混雑が予想されますので、マスク着用を推奨いたしますが、会場内では座席の間隔を確保しており、式典中はマスクの着用を求めません。
なお、ご参列のご家族の皆様におかれましては、人数の制限はいたしませんが、式典中もマスクの着用をお願いいたします。静粛な式典進行のため、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

◆注意事項◆
出席にあたっては以下の事項を遵守願います。
１ 各自で健康チェックを行い、マスク着用のうえ、各入場時間内に会場にお越しください。万一、発熱や息苦しさ、倦怠感などの症状がある場合は出席を取りやめてください。また会場の検温時に体温が37.5度を超えている場合は、入場をお断りいたします。

２ 出席確認のため、学生証を忘れず持参してください。
３ 入場時間を過ぎた場合は入場をお断りすることがあります。
４ 会場では、係員の指示に従ってください。

※当日は会場周辺の道路が大変混雑いたします。車での来場はご遠慮ください。
近隣商業施設などへの無断駐車は絶対におやめください。
※在学生は来場しないでください。

The Academic Year 2022 Okayama University Degree Conferment Ceremony will be held in the morning and afternoon as follows. (The ceremony will be broadcasted simultaneously on the university website.)
Wearing a mask is recommended as crowds are expected when entering and exiting the venue. However, seating space is assured inside the venue, and we will not ask to wear a mask during the ceremony.
Family members attending the ceremony are respectfully requested to wear masks during the ceremony. We ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure a quiet ceremony.
*Implementation of the ceremony may be changed depending on the future situation. Please be sure to check our university website.

Please comply with the following regulations in attending.
1. Please check your health, wear a mask, and then come to the venue within each admission time. If you have any symptoms such as fever, suffocation, or fatigue, please refrain from attending. In addition, if the body temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees at the entrance check, you will not be allowed to enter.
