式典のライブ配信について 4月2日（日）に挙行いたします、令和5年度岡山大学入学式及び大学院入学式の様子をYouTubeでライブ配信いたします。

本学では、令和5年度岡山大学入学式及び大学院入学式を以下のとおり午前と午後の2部構成で執り行います。（式典の模様を大学ＨＰで同時配信いたします。）
来場の際は入退場時の混雑が予想されますので、マスク着用を推奨いたしますが、式典中のマスクの着用は任意とします。
【ご来場のみなさまへ】
ご家族のみなさまは、メインアリーナ2階席にてご観覧いただけます。メインアリーナ2階席が満席の場合は、サブアリーナにてライブ配信映像をご覧いただけます。
なお、会場には式典のための駐車場はございません。来場の際は、公共の交通機関をご利用ください。また、周辺道路は大変な混雑が予想されます。時間に余裕をもってお越しください。

①午前の部（学部入学生）10:00～（入場時間：9時～9時50分まで）
②午後の部（研究科入学生）13:30～（入場時間：12時30分～13時20分まで）
【場所】岡山県総合グラウンド 体育館（ジップアリーナ岡山）
【式次第】
○ 開式の辞
○ 入学許可
○ 学長式辞
○ 入学生宣誓
○ 閉式の辞
※入学式終了後、続けて岡山大学金光賞授賞式を行います。
◆注意事項◆
出席にあたっては以下の事項を遵守願います。
１ 各自で健康チェックを行い、マスク着用のうえ、各入場時間内に会場にお越しください。万一、発熱や息苦しさ、倦怠感などの症状がある場合は出席を取りやめてください。また会場の検温時に体温が37.5度を超えている場合は、入場をお断りいたします。

２ 入場時間を過ぎた場合は入場をお断りすることがあります。
３ 会場では、係員の指示に従ってください。

※当日は会場周辺の道路が大変混雑いたします。車での来場はご遠慮ください。
近隣商業施設などへの無断駐車は絶対におやめください。
※在学生は来場しないでください。
※会場付近でのビラ配布、勧誘活動は禁止します。

The 2023 Okayama University Matriculation Ceremony will be held in the morning and afternoon as follows. (The ceremony will be broadcasted simultaneously on the university website.)
Wearing a mask is recommended as crowds are expected when entering and exiting the venue. However, wearing a mask during the ceremony is voluntary.
【Attention all visitors】
Families are welcome to observe the event from the second floor of the main arena. If the 2nd floor of the Main Arena is full, the live streaming video will be available in the Sub Arena.
Please note that there is no parking for the ceremony at the venue. Please use public transportation when coming to the venue. In addition, the surrounding roads are expected to be very congested. Please allow plenty of time for your visit.
* Implementation of the ceremony may be changed depending on future situation. Please be sure to check our university website.

Please comply with the following regulations in attending.
1. Please check your health, wear a mask, and then come to the venue within each admission time. If you have any symptoms such as fever, suffocation, or fatigue, please refrain from attending. In addition, if the body temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees at the entrance check, you will not be allowed to enter.

* The streets around the area will be very crowded on the day of the event. Please do not come by car.
Never park your car in a nearby commercial facility without permission.
* Please do not visit the venue if you are a current student.
* Distribution of flyers and solicitation activities near the venue are prohibited.
