The students and staffs who are thinking about taking vaccines,are able
to take vaccines that product of moderna,after make a reservation with
our reservation system.
This vaccination is not mandatory,just voluntary. We will not restrict
activities such as education,reserch,using facility in Okayama university
to all of you, if you take vaccines or not.

Please note that we outsource the registration of vaccination data for
the government system with prevaccination checklist, throughout our COVID-19
vaccination project.
The personal information will never leak because we contract with outsourcing
company for the confidential information, and we keep under surveillance
about handling personal information by outsourcing company.
1.The schedule of vaccination
You receive a Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, you will need 2 shots to get the
most protection. You should get your second shot even if you have side
effects after the first shot.
(1) First dose : July 9(Fri.)2021～July 28(Wed.)2021
(Except for Saturday, Sunday and holiday.But we will have it on July 22th
and 23th.)
(2) Second dose : August 6(Fri.)2021～August 27(Fri.)2021
(Except for Saturday, Sunday and holiday.But we will have it on August
9th,12th, and 13th.)
(3)We are preparing an international time for people who need foreign language support and religious consideration. If you don't need language support, please make a resevervation any time.
International time：First dose : July 16(Fri.) 2021 1 pm to 3:30 pm
Second dose：August 17(Tue.) 2021 1 pm to 3:30 pm
2. About reservation
You can change or cancel your reservation until 2 days before vaccination
day on our reservation system.

👉FAQ
（1）About interval between doses
You can take second dose 21 days after first dose at the earliest. We recommend
28days after,because it is said that the titer of antibody will rise up
more if you take second dose 28days after.
3. Vaccination area
University Union at Tsushima campus
4. The target people are:
・all students(including researcher)
・staffs (professor, assistant professor, includind part-time teacher, admin
assistant etc.)
・staffs who work at university(coop-staffs, etc.)
・neighbors(we already informed people can take vaccination)
5. On the vaccination day,:
please make sure you bring the followings.
(1)prevaccination checklist(if you are mailed from municipality.You don't
have it, can fill checklist at the Union on the day.)
(2)the tickets(if you are mailed from municipality.You don't have it yet,
have to bring it later.)
(3)ID cards(students ID, staff ID, driver's licence, passport, etc.)
6. Notice
・If you have some problems on that day, please contact to Health Service Center before reservation time.
