At the 72nd National Inter-University Swimming Championships for Public Universities, held from August 6 to 8 at the INOUE Tobu Sports Park Kuroshio Arena in Kochi Prefecture, Okayama University swimmers delivered strong performances.

MURAKAMI Taichi (4th year, School of Education) placed second in both the men's 100-meter freestyle and 50-meter freestyle.
CHIHARA Hana (2nd year, School of Education) finished third in the women's 200-meter backstroke and second in the 100-meter backstroke.
