The 2012 Okayama University Autumn Graduate School Matriculation Ceremony was held on October 9 in Conference Room 1 on the sixth floor of the main building, welcoming 42 people into our graduate school program.
President Kiyoshi Morita declared the admission of the new students in the ceremony. As there were many non-Japanese students, the speech was given in English. He encouraged them to pursue new fields of studies at Okayama University to achieve academic performance for the sake of global development, and to meet the expectations of society.
