Dr. Narumon Anekwit, director of the Srimahasarakham Nursing College in the Mueang Maha Sarakham District of northeast Thailand visited President Kiyoshi Morita on November 28.

Srimahasarakham Nursing College and Okayama University's Graduate School of Health Sciences signed an inter-departmental agreement in March 2009 and have a high level of academic exchange, dispatching four to six students each year.

President Morita stated his hope that the future would see even greater engagement in shared education and research as well as student exchange between the two institutions in the fields of health, medicine and social welfare.
