A special lecture entitled “Presentation Zen” was given by Garr Reynolds on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Okayama University’s Institute for Education and Student Services. About 500 students and faculty members crowded the auditorium.

For the special lecture, Mr. Reynolds explained “preparation,” “design,” and “delivery” as main points of presentation techniques. He gave the participants the following advice: keep in mind that the purpose of a presentation is communication and make it easy to understand, prepare a presentation in an analog manner, and, to create a wonderful presentation, it is important to go through it step-by-step to improve it.
