How to obtain various certificates
You will need the following items to apply for a certificate.
Applications must be made at a school office counter or by postal mail; applications by e-mail, fax, or telephone are not accepted.
There is no fee for issuing a certificate.
Submitted documents at the time of application will be used only for issuing a certificate. These documents are duly managed according to the law and are disposed of after the designated storage term.
■ Application process: At a School Office Counter
Your affiliated faculty or graduate school office is responsible for issuing a certificate of graduation.

Office hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
NOTE: Closed on public holidays, year-end and New Years holidays (Dec. 29th to Jan.3rd), and other university holidays.
Ⅰ-1 To apply at a School Office Counter (Application by Proxy)

3 | Identification documents of the proxy (Presentation) | Present driver's license, passport, health insurance card, residence card,a valid Okayama University student card, or any other official identification document. A legal document to confirm that you are the principal must also be submitted. |
