　4月2日（土）に挙行いたします、令和4年度岡山大学入学式及び大学院入学式の様子をYouTubeでライブ配信いたします。

　新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染防止のため、出席者を制限し、入学生と学内関係者のみで執り行う予定です。ご家族の皆様は入場できませんので，ご了承ください。（式典の模様を大学ＨＰで同時配信いたします。）
　また、式典は、午前と午後の2回に分けて実施します。
　なお、出席に際しては，各自で健康チェックを実施いただき，マスクの着用をお願いします。みなさまの健康と安全を守るため，ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

　※今後の状況の変化に応じて、実施について変更する場合があります。
　　大学HPでご案内しますので確認するようにしてください。

　　　　①午前の部（学部入学生）10:00～（入場時間：9時～9時50分まで）
　　　　②午後の部（研究科入学生）13:00～（入場時間：12時～12時50分まで）
【場所】岡山県総合グラウンド 体育館（ジップアリーナ岡山）

　※入学式終了後、続けて岡山大学金光賞授賞式を行います。

◆注意事項◆
出席にあたっては以下の事項を遵守願います。
１　各自で健康チェックを行い、マスク着用のうえ、各入場時間内に会場にお越しください。万一、発熱や息苦しさ、倦怠感などの症状がある場合は出席を取りやめてください。また会場の検温時に体温が37.5度を超えている場合は、入場をお断りいたします。

２　入場時間を過ぎた場合は入場をお断りすることがあります。
３　会場では、係員の指示に従ってください。

※当日は会場周辺の道路が大変混雑いたします。車での来場はご遠慮ください。
近隣商業施設などへの無断駐車は絶対におやめください。
※在学生は来場しないでください。
※会場付近でのビラ配布、勧誘活動は禁止します。

　In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, we plan to limit the number of attendees to only new students and related university officials. Please note that family members are not allowed to enter. (The ceremony will be broadcasted simultaneously on the university website.)
In addition, the ceremony will be held twice in the morning and afternoon.
When attending, please check your health status by yourself and wear a mask. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to protect your health and safety.

Please comply with the following regulations in attending.
1. Please check your health, wear a mask, and then come to the venue within each admission time. If you have any symptoms such as fever, suffocation, or fatigue, please refrain from attending. In addition, if the body temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees at the entrance check, you will not be allowed to enter.

* The streets around the area will be very crowded on the day of the event. Please do not come by car.
Never park your car in a nearby commercial facility without permission.
