Curriculum Policy of School of Pharmaceutical Sciences

School of Pharmaceutical Sciences

In the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, the structured curriculum has been meticulously designed to ensure that all students develop the knowledge and abilities outlined in the faculty’s diploma policy. These abilities include: education combined with a sense of humanity and ethics; specialization with a purpose; effective information processing; the ability to become a leader in contemporary society; and the lifelong pursuit of self-realization. In the first and second years, in addition to general education courses for all faculties including foreign languages, liberal arts and sports, each department in the faculty offers guidance and major foundation courses as well as major courses, so that students will learn the basic knowledge and skills in their specialized education. In the third year and beyond, each department provides major courses with more specialized expertise and practical training courses. These subjects will help students to deepen their understanding of the knowledge they gained. Furthermore, all students apply the theory, skills, and knowledge they learned to work on cutting-edge themes in each specialized research area and complete their graduation research. Through this practical program, they will cultivate the ability to identify important issues and become active participants.
