Education rich in humanity and ethics 【General Education】
Students will develop a rich sense of humanity and high ethical standards appropriate to those pursuing the medical and pharmaceutical sciences. They should also show concern for a wide variety of problems related to nature, society, health and diseases in a way that displays ethical thought, judgment, and creativity; as these problems are addressed.
Specialization with purpose 【Specialization】
Students will gain a wide variety of specialized knowledge and skills related to biology, diseases and medical science; as well as demonstrate the practical ability to pursue the development of research and the proper application of pharmaceuticals.
Gathering and applying information with purpose 【Information】
Students will gain the ability to gather, analyze, properly apply and effectively communicate information obtained from medical fields and a wide variety of areas related to both nature and society.
Ability to become a leader in contemporary society 【Action】
Students will gain communication skills required both in social life and medical field, international awareness and language skills needed for globalization and develop an empathetic attitude toward people; thus they will be capable of acting as leaders in contemporary society, from international to local settings.
Lifelong self-realization 【Self-realization】
Students will gain a high-level of intellectual curiosity and the ability to devote themselves to a life of study, necessary to pursue the development of pharmaceutical and life sciences. They will develop the necessary capacity for individual growth and daily enjoyment including cultural and sporting activities that accompanies a well-rounded education.

Basic specialization based on general knowledge and techniques 【Specialization–1】
Students will acquire basic, holistic scientific knowledge and techniques related to chemical, biomolecular, and natural substances.
Applied specialization based on knowledge and skills concerning human health and pharmaceuticals 【Specialization–2】
Students will gain a wide variety of specialized knowledge and skills as pharmacists, able to assess various problems in treatment situations and address them from a position of leadership through the proper application of pharmaceuticals.
Specialization and ethics in clinical practice and research 【Specialization–3】
Students will gain the fundamental ability and ethics to engage in clinical practice and research.
Gathering and applying information with purpose 【Information】
Students will gain the ability to gather, analyze, properly apply utilize and effectively communicate information obtained from medical fields and a wide variety of areas related to both nature and society.
Ability to become a leader in contemporary society 【Action】
Students will be capable of acting as leaders in contemporary society, from international to local settings, possessing communication skills, international awareness needed for globalization and an empathetic attitude toward people —as is appropriate for a pharmacist.

Specialization based on general knowledge and techniques 【Specialization–1】
Students will gain holistic scientific knowledge and skills related to chemical, biomolecular, and natural substances.
Specialization in drug design research 【Specialization–2】
Students will gain a wide range of specialized knowledge and skills in chemistry and physics, as well as biological and medical sciences such as life sciences, diseases and medicine; fostering the practical abilities in pharmaceutical sciences.
Gathering and utilizing information with purpose 【Information】
Students will gain the ability to gather, analyze, properly utilize and effectively communicate information obtained from life sciences and a wide variety of areas related to both nature and society.
Ability to become a leader in contemporary society 【Action】
Students will be capable of acting as leaders in contemporary society, from international to local settings, possessing communication skills, international awareness needed for globalization and an empathetic attitude toward people - as is expected of those working at the frontier of pharmaceutical and life sciences.
