本学への爆破予告とその対応について／Important Notice: Regarding a bomb threat to our university campuses and our response

　「9月18日（金）16時に岡山大学の主要建物16か所を爆破する」という内容のメールがありました。
　本学では、警察署と連携しながら大学構内の不審物の確認、不審者への警戒、構内の巡回などによる警備の強化を進めて参りますが、その上で、学生・教職員及び近隣住民を含む関係者の安全を最優先と考え、9月18日（金）は、以下のとおりの対応といたしますので、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

１.大学構内への立ち入り制限
　9月18日（金）は、13:00から18:00迄の間、全てのキャンパスにおいて次のとおり入構を制限します。
（１）全学生及び近隣住民を含む学外者の立ち入りを禁止します。
（２）教職員は、警備や連絡などのための必要最低限の勤務体制とし、その他の教職員は自宅待機とします。（研究室での研究活動も原則停止とします。）

２.岡山大学病院の診療について
岡山大学病院の診療については、十分な安全対策を講じたうえで、通常どおり診療業務を行います。

３.授業等について
午後の授業は「休講」します。ただし、登校を要しないオンライン授業は原則実施（詳細は、担当部署より通知）します。

４.その他
9月18日（金）に予定しておりました各種イベント等につきましては、担当部署にお問い合わせ下さい。令和2年9月15日

　We received an e-mail threat stating that someone will blow up 16 major buildings on Okayama University campuses at 16:00 on Friday, September 18^th.
　In cooperation with the police, we will continue to strengthen security by checking any suspicious objects on campuses, looking for any suspicious persons, and patrolling the campuses. In addition, to ensure the safety of our students, faculty and staff, neighboring residents, and all related people, the following actions will be taken on Friday, September 18th. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. Restrictions on access to university campuses
No one will be allowed to enter any of the campuses from 13:00 to 18:00 on September 18th (Friday) as follows:
(1) All students and visitors, including neighboring residents, are prohibited from entering all campuses of Okayama University.
(2) All faculty and staff must stay at home except for designated faculty and staff for necessary security work. Research activities in the laboratory will also be suspended.

2. Operations at Okayama University Hospital
Okayama University Hospital will remain in operation as usual after taking sufficient safety measures.

3. Regarding classes
Classes in the afternoon will be "cancelled". However, online classes that do not require in-person attendance will be conducted (details will be notified by the department in charge).

4. Other
Please contact the department in charge for any events scheduled for September 18th (Friday).
