情報統括センターの段階的再開のお知らせ(6/15~)Notice of Phased Reopening of the Center for Information Technology and Management (June 15)




 時 間:8:30~17:30
 場 所:1F ラウンジ(10名まで)
     2F アクティブラーニングスペース(19名まで)
 目 的:オンライン授業受講のために限ります。

 時 間:8:30~17:15(昼休み:12:00~13:00)

【センターご利用の際の注意事項】※ 感染予防にご協力ください



In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Center for Information Technology and Management had been closed since April 20, 2020.
In accordance with the revised "The Okayama University Guidelines on Activity Restrictions to Prevent the Spread of the Novel Coronavirus Infection", from June 15 (Mon.)the Center for Information Technology and Management is partially reopened for students, faculty and staff.
The following services are available from Monday, June 15.

【How to enter the building】
Please enter by the main entrance with your staff or student ID card over the card reader.

【Permitted entry area】
Time: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.(Please leave from 12:10-12:40 for disinfection work.)
Venue: 1st floor lounge (up to 10 people)
    Active learning space on the 2nd floor (up to 19 people)
    the main entrance, stairs, hallways, toilets,
    elevators and elevators lines (only for those who have difficulty with stairs)
Purpose: To take online classes only
     Please leave the room as soon as possible after the class.

【User Help Desk】
Time: 8:30 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.
   It is not available during the lunch break (12:00-13:00).
   Up to two people may enter the room.
   Please press the call bell and follow the instructions of the support staff to enter the room.
   Please wait in line at a regular interval.
Notice:Please use the inquiry form on the center's website to prevent infection.
    Staff will be available at the counter for a short period of time.

【Measures against the COVID-19】
If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, or malaise (feeling lethargic), please refrain from entering the building.

Be sure to wear a mask (handmade masks are acceptable).

Wash your hands thoroughly before and after entering the room. Or disinfect your hands.

Do not move the seats as they are positioned far enough apart.

Open windows and doors for ventilation at all times, whenever possible due to the climate.

Even when air-conditioning is in use, we will provide ventilation between lectures.

Please refrain from talking indoors.
In particular, loud conversations are not only a nuisance to those around you, but can also be an infection factor.

Please bring your own computer for the online classes (Educational PCs and printers are not available).

Do not leave valuables and other belongings unattended. Please be careful of theft and pickpocketing.

To prevent heat stroke, you can bring in PET bottles (with screw caps) and water bottles.

Please be considerate of others and behave in moderation when indoors.

To prevent infection, the trash cans have been removed. Please take your trash home with you.

Follow instructions given by staff.
