【概要】
　Tyndall National Institute（アイルランド）のModreanu博士らのグループから、強誘電体(Hf,Zr)O2系薄膜の巨大電界応答が報告されており、特に高周波素子などの出口に期待されます。
　本セミナーで材料物性からデバイス応用まで詳しくご講演いただく予定です。

【題目】「HfZrOf-based high-frequency nanoelectronics」

Developing and demonstrating complex ferroelectric materials in HFE will be of crucial importance in continuing the development of a large number of present and future Internet of Things (IoT) applications that require tunable and reconfigurable functionalities.

Our recent reported breakthrough of extraordinary tunability of high-frequency of ultra-thin HfZrOf at very low applied voltages have open the way for the realisation of low voltage high-frequency devices such as filters, phase shifters, and phased antenna arrays ferroelectrics.
