For Students of International Exchange Programs

March 24, 2011

Tohoku Pacific Ocean Earthquake, which occurred on 11th of March, Friday afternoon, caused an enormous damage in Japan.
We are deeply graceful to our colleagues and friends who have expressed their concern.
Fortunately, there are no reports of any damage to education and research facilities in Okayama University. And there is no need for concern about the omission of radioactive material caused by the accident in the Fukushima Nuclear Power Station, which is about 700km away from Okayama. And also we experience no inconvenience in our daily life in Okayama region.
Therefore, we will, as usual, support students who are planning to study at our Graduate School. If you need any detailed information, please don't hesitate to contact us.
