Okayama-Hue International Master's Program
in Sustainability of Rural and Environmental Systems


General Information
The International Master's Program in Sustainability of Rural and Environmental Systems (InMaPRES) was established in cooperation with Okayama University, Japan, and Hue University, Vietnam. InMaPRES seeks to integrate the multidisciplinary methodology of natural and social sciences, and foster research and teaching in sustainable development, while looking at the environment, economy and society in a holistic fashion. To achieve this goal, the curriculum of the program focuses on regional environmental management and sustainable agricultural development.

The International Master's Program in Sustainability of Rural and Environmental Systems is a pioneering postgraduate program both in Japan and in Vietnam. The program objectives, curriculum design, teaching method and research, reflect the new paradigm of education for sustainable development.
