Tuition Payment Account Registration System

This page is for registering an Okayama University tuition transfer account online. Please refer to the "Procedure Manual" for the registration process.

  • Students who need to register their tuition payment account online
    • New student
    • Transfer student
    • Current students who need to change their registered tuition payment account

*Auditors, non-degree students, and research students are not required to register.
*Those applying for tuition exemption are required to register.
*Those who do not use direct debit are required to register
 (as we will send the payment slip by mail, please provide your mailing address).

  • Before proceeding with the registration, make sure you have the following information:
    • For students before enrollment: Examination number and Recruitment category
      (Please check your Okayama University Examination Voucher)
      For students after enrollment: Student number (Please check your student ID card.)
    • Financial institution account information (bankbook, etc.) and cash card PIN
      (Students have the option to register an account in their own name or in the name of their financial sponsor (parent/guardian).)
      *The PIN is required for identity verification by the financial institution and it will not be notified to the university.
      *The information required for registration differs depending on the financial institution.

    Okayama University outsources the collection of tuition fees to Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd.
  2. Partner Financial Institutions
    Click HERE to find a list of financial institutions partnered with Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd.
  3. Bankbook Information
    Your bankbook will display names such as "SMBC (オカヤマダイガク)", "SMBC", "SMBC ファイナンス", "(オカヤマダイガク) 自払", etc. This may vary depending on the financial institution.
