Abstract Preparation Guideline
WORD submission deadline: November 6, 2026
Both keynote and poster presenters must submit an abstract.
Please submit your abstract on the registration page and your poster using the form below.

Only document files in doc or docx format are acceptable.
All abstracts are required to be written in "Times New Roman" font.

2. Only one abstract submission is allowed for one speaker.
3. No revisions will be accepted after the deadline.
Poster Presentation Guidline
PDF submission deadline: November 13, 2026.
Participants from Japan are requested to print their own posters. For overseas participants, the symposium secretariat will handle poster printing.
Poster Preparation
The poster must be prepared at A0 size (84.1 cm by 118 cm). We will provide display boards measuring 165 cm high by 110 cm wide, along with signage indicating the presentation number and mounting materials (pushpins). Please note that we will not provide power outlets or audiovisual equipment for poster presentations.Setup and Removal
Participants from Japan should place their posters on the assigned board by 14:00 on November 19. For overseas participants, the symposium secretariat will mount the posters. Presenters, whether onsite or online, should deliver a 30-second "elevator pitch" between 16:30 and 17:00 on Day 2, November 20. Onsite presenters should remain at the display boards during the poster session from 18:00 to 19:00 on Day 2.Please submit your poster as a PDF using the form below. A folder accessible only to registered participants will be created, and the PDF will be available for viewing only during the two days of the symposium. The folder location will be shared only with registered participants on November 19.
Proceedings
The proceedings will be published and downloadable as a Supplement in Scientific Reports of the Faculty of Agriculture, Okayama University. The copyright of each paper belongs to the publisher. Use the proceedings within the scope of copyright law.
