How to participate in the symposium
Participants can join the symposium at venues and online.
Participation at venue
Please come to the designated venues provided at OU and NLU. You may or may not have your PC, tablet, or smartphone. You can join the online symposium at the venue as if it is an on-site symposium.
Online participation
The URLs of two Zoom meeting rooms will be sent via emails. The opening ceremony, plenary session, and closing ceremony will be held in the main Zoom meeting room. Oral presentations will be held in parallel in two separate Zoom meeting rooms. Please access either of the meeting room you would like to join.
How to make a presentation
Presentation at the venue
The speaker should use a PC prepared at the venue to give their presentation. During the presentation, the slides will be shared via Zoom. Q&A will be conducted using an external camera at the venue.
Presentation from outside OU and NLU
The speaker is requested to use their PC to share their slides via Zoom. Please make sure that you have a stable internet connection. Furthermore, please ensure that the camera and microphone work properly.
Please check the program to see which session room and meeting room your oral presentation is allocated.
