Health check-ups

Regarding Flu Shots at Okayama University

It is indicated that the flu outbreak is earlier than usual this season., please consider getting flu shot those who have not received it yet.

1.Schedules:

  • Tsushima
    October 23, 25, 27, 30
    November 1, 13, 17, 27
    December 1
    (All day: 9:30 am-12 noon)
  • Shikata
    November 10 (9:30 am-12 noon)

2.Recipients:

All students and faculty of Okayama University

3.Venues:

  • Tsushima; Health Service Center “Sakura room” (The 1st floor in the University Union)
  • Shikata; Multipurpose room on the 2nd floor in the “Kinen Kaikan” (Alumni Memorial Building)

4.The vaccine to be administrated:

Influenza HA Vaccine 'SEIKEN'

5.Cost:

￥2,500（Tax included) / 1 shot

  • We don't accept the cancel for personal reasons. If you can't come to the flu shot on the reservation date, we will adjust our schedule to accommodate yours.
  • A portion of the cost of this flu shots is subsidized by Gakuto Fund and Mutual Aid Association. The above cost is showed after subsidies.

6.How to pay:

Credit card, using online payment system

  • The card except for own name is accepted.
  • Receipts cannot be issued.

7.Things to bring:

  • Student ID or Staff ID
  • Questionnaire（Double sided print)
    You can pick it up at the venue on the day if you can't print.
  • Something that is showed you paid with online payment system（e.g. E-mail, screen shot)

9.Notice:

  • Please wear clothes that make it easy to access your upper arms.
  • Please contact Health Service Center by your reservation time, if you feeling bad on the day.
  • Please wear a non-woven mask.
  • Please contact us in advance, if you wish to have reasonable accommodations.
  • There is no rules about the interval between coronavirus vaccines and flu shots, but they can't take flu shots if they have a fever on the day because of adverse reactions for coronavirus vaccine. Please consider schedules if they wish to take both vaccines.
  • We don't accept the cancel for personal reasons. If you can't come to the flu shot on the reservation date, please contact health Service Center. We will adjust our schedule to accommodate yours.
