Campus Life Orientation for New International Students
新入留学生のための生活オリエンテーション
The International Affairs Department holds a "Campus Life Orientation"for new international students enrolling in April and October
to explain things like immigration-related matters, safety and crime prevention,
health management, student life and daily life.
*ALL New students* are required to attend this orientation.
This includes those who have entered Okayama University from other
universities and students who received their undergraduate/master
degree from Okayama University or were research students and
are beginning their master/doctor studies.
Please check the details in ”Pre-arrival Pocket Guide for International Students”
or at the International Affairs Department.

Due to the situation of COVID-19 and the border enforcement measures
by Japanese government, Campus Life Orientaion will be conducted online.
Please take the orientation by following the steps below.

*Okadai ID and password is required for access.
As it will be issued after the admission procedure,
please ask your faculty for details.
2. Submit the checklist online.
3. Pick up the orientation materials at the International Affairs Department.

In addition to handouts online, we distribute many useful materials for living
in Okayama in the orientation. Please come to the International Affairs Department
to receive the materials as soon as you arrive in Okayama.
