Gmailを用いた本学からのお知らせについて

　本学では，学生の皆さんへの情報伝達については，掲示及びホームページにより行っておりますが，気象警報の発表に伴う休講予告及び休講通知，学務に関する重要事項，その他の緊急連絡事項などについては，掲示やホームページによる周知を補完するものとして，本学の付与するGmailアドレスあてのＥメール（以下「Gmail」といいます。）によるお知らせを行っています。

　Gmailでは，下記のようなお知らせを行うことにしています。

　学生の皆さんにおかれましては，あらかじめ，Gmailから携帯電話等への転送設定を行っていただくなどして，常にGmailの内容を確認するよう心がけてください。

　なお，これらのGmailによるお知らせは，掲示等による周知内容の概要をおしらせするものですので，詳細については，必ず掲示及びホームページにより確認を行ってください。

Gmail

The university provides information to students via notices put up on the bulletin boards and website. To supplement such information, the university provides information by sending email to Gmail addresses assigned by the university (“Gmail”) about notices (including advance notices) of lecture cancellations due to announcement of weather warnings, important matters related to academic affairs, and other emergency notices, etc.

Gmail is used to give the following notices. Please make sure to check the Gmail messages constantly by auto-forwarding the messages from Gmail to your mobile phone, etc.

Gmail messages provide the outline of notices put up on the bulletin boards, etc. Students must check the details on the bulletin boards and website.

☆ Main Gmail messages from the university
(1)Notices about course registration, academic performance check, etc. on the academic affairs system
(2) Notices (including advance notices) of lecture cancellations due to announcement of weather warnings
(3) Notices about infectious diseases (e.g. influenza) and messages to prevent spread of infection
(4) Notices regarding restrictions of access to the campus due to entrance examinations, etc.
(5) Notices about seminars and events
(6) Other notices about matters that affect all students
