ANPICとは？ / What is ANPIC ?

　岡山大学では、大規模災害発生時に学生および教職員の安否状況を迅速に収集するため、「ANPIC」というシステムを採用してします。災害時に備え、①ANPICアカウントの初期設定および②災害時の安否報告方法の確認を、必ず行ってください。

In the event of a major disaster, Okayama University uses a system called “ANPIC” to quickly collect the information on safety of our students, faculty, and staff. To prepare for emergencies, please be sure to ①complete the initial setup of your ANPIC account and ②review how to report your safety.

①初期設定 / Initial Setup

　以下のマニュアルに沿って、ご自身のANPICアカウントの初期設定を必ず完了させてください。また、ANPICを通じた重要な連絡を見逃さないために、アプリやLINEでもメッセージを受信できるよう設定をお願いします。

Please follow the manual below and complete the initial setup of your ANPIC account. Also, to make sure you do not miss any important messages, please set your ANPIC to receive messages by email, the ANPIC app, and LINE.

初期設定完了後は、必ずスマートフォンでアプリまたはLINEの設定を実施してください。

②大規模災害発生時の安否報告方法 / How to report your safety when a major disaster occurs

　災害発生直後は、まずご自身の安全を確保してください。その後、岡大Gmailに送信されるANPICからの安否確認メッセージ内のURLにアクセスし、安否報告を行ってください。なお、あらかじめ設定を行っている場合は、アプリ、LINE、または任意のメールアドレスを通して安否報告を行うことも可能です。

When a major disaster occurs, please make sure you are safe first. Then, access the URL provided in the safety confirmation message from ANPIC sent to your Okayama University Gmail account and report your safety status. If you complete the setup in advance, you can also report your safety through the ANPIC app, LINE, or a registered email address.
