新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により、家計が急変した方へ / To students whose income situation have been rapidly deteriorated due to the influence of COVID-19
新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により家計が急変した世帯の学生のうち、家計急変後の世帯全体の所得が、２０１９年１月～１２月までの所得と比較して２分の１以下になっている場合に限り、以下のとおり、追加申請の受付を行います。詳細については、以下のいずれかによりご確認ください。（2022年4月15日掲載）
If students whose annual income situations in Japan have been rapidly deteriorated due to the Influence of the COVID-19 meet condition that the amount of current income in Japan has decreased and become less than half in comparation with that of 2019, they are eligible for the additional application.

AY2022 Simultaneous Application for 1st and 2nd Semester Tuition Fee Exemption / Application for 1st Semester Tuition Fee Exemption
※この制度は、2020年4月以降に入学した学部学生（外国人留学生を含む。）は、申請対象外です。
支援をご希望の方は、高等教育の修学支援新制度にお申し込みください。（外国人留学生を除く。）
ただし、例外として、【激甚災害により被災された方】及び【新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により家計が急変した世帯の方】については、申請可能です。詳しくは、こちらを確認してください。
※Undergraduates enrolling on and after April, 2020 (AY2020) are not eligible to apply for this tuition fee exemption, except disaster victims and those who have difficulty in paying tuition fee due to the influence of COVID-19. Please refer here for details.

免除対象者（申請対象者）
次のいずれかに該当する方を免除対象者とします。
ただし、原則として、修業年限以内で、なおかつ、留年（※）していない正規生に限ります。研究生、科目等履修生、聴講生等の非正規学生は、申請できません。
※ 留年 ＝ 前年度から進級できなかった場合をいいます。
- 経済的理由により、授業料の納入が困難であり、かつ学業優秀と認められる者（令和２年度（2020年度）以降入学の学部の学生は除く。）
- 授業料の各半期の開始前1年以内に学生の学資を主として負担している者が死亡し、または学生もしくは学資負担者が風水害等の災害を受けたため授業料の納入が困難と認められる者（令和２年度（2020 年度）以降入学の学部の学生は除く。）
- 「令和２年７月豪雨」、「平成３０年７月豪雨」等の激甚災害により被災した者
- 新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により家計が急変した世帯の者（コロナ家計急変者）
※コロナ家計急変による申請には、一定の条件があります。詳細はこちらを参照してください。
