■口座振替の手続きはどうすればよいですか？

• 岡山大学ホームページ内の授業料振替口座WEB登録ページから口座登録を行ってください。登録可能期間はホームページをご確認ください。
  Please register your tuition payment account through the Tuition Payment Account Registration page on the Okayama University website. The registration period is specified on the website.

■登録可能な金融機関はどちらですか？
　Which financial institutions can I use for registration?

• 全国の銀行、ゆうちょ銀行、信用金庫等がご利用いただけます。一部取扱いのない金融機関もありますので、詳細は授業料振替口座WEB登録ページをご確認ください。
  You can use banks nationwide, including Japan Post Bank and Shinkin Banks. Some financial institutions may not be available; please check the Tuition Payment Account Registration page for details.

■登録口座は学生本人のものである必要がありますか？
　Does the account need to be in the student's name?

• 登録口座の名義人は、学生ご本人または学資負担者（保護者等）いずれの方でも差し支えありません。
  The account holder can be either the student or the financial sponsor(e.g., parent/guardian).

■指定口座を変更したいのですが、どうすればよいですか？
　How can I change the designated account?

• 岡山大学ホームページ内の授業料振替口座WEB登録ページから口座登録を行ってください。登録可能期間はホームページをご確認ください。登録可能期間以外でやむを得ず変更が必要な場合は所属学部等の会計担当へ申し出て下さい。
  Please register your new account through the Tuition Payment Account Registration page on the Okayama University website. The registration period is specified on the website. If a change is necessary outside the registration period, please contact the accounting office of your faculty.

■口座からの引落はいつ行われますか？
　When will the payment be deducted from my account?

• 前半期が5月27日、後半期が11月27日です。（金融機関が休業の場合は翌営業日）
• 指定口座への入金は、振替日の前営業日までにお願いします。
  The deduction dates are as follows:
  　• First half: May 27
  　• Second half: November 27
  If the deduction date falls on a financial institution holiday, the deduction will occur on the next business day. Please ensure that sufficient funds are available in your designated account by the business day before the deduction date.

■口座振替の案内はありますか？
　Will I receive a notice about the direct debit?

• 事前に岡山大学Gmailでご案内いたします。
  振替日等の詳細はホームページにも掲載しますので、ホームページをご確認ください。
  保護者等への案内はしておりません。
  A notice will be sent to your Okayama University Gmail account in advance. Details such as the deduction date will also be posted on the website. Please note that notices are not sent to parents or guardians.

■引落日に口座への入金を忘れていました。どうすればいいですか？
　What should I do if I forgot to deposit funds into my account by the deduction date?

• 翌月の27日に再度引落を行いますので、振替日の前営業日までに入金しておいてください。
  The deduction will be attempted again on the 27th of the following month. Please ensure that sufficient funds are available in your designated account by the business day before the deduction date.

■口座振替の手続きは毎年する必要がありますか？
　Do I need to re-register my tuition payment account every year?

• 1回登録していただければ、卒業まで再度登録する必要はありません。
  No, once you have registered, there is no need to re-register until graduation.

■岡山大学の学部を卒業し大学院に進学することになりました。再度、口座振替の手続きが必要ですか？
　If I graduate from an undergraduate program and proceed to graduate school, do I need to register my tuition payment account again?

• 届出口座や送付先に変更がなければ、改めてお手続きいただく必要はありません。
• 岡山大学の修士課程を修了し、引き続いて博士後期課程に入学される場合も改めてお手続きいただく必要はありません。
  If there are no changes to your registered account or mailing address, you do not need to re-register. This applies even if you complete the master's program and continue to the doctoral program at Okayama University.

■授業料の免除申請をしているのですが、口座振替の手続きが必要ですか？

• 免除申請をされている方も口座振替の手続きが必要です。
  免除申請をされている方には、判定結果通知とともに口座振替日などをご案内します。
