（1）2026年度　第1・2学期，夏季集中　全学共通科目，全学交流科目及び教養教育科目の抽選手続きについて

全学共通科目，全学交流科目（2025年度以降入学者対象）及び教養教育科目の「知的理解科目」，「実践知・感性科目」，「汎用的技能と健康科目」（2024年度以前入学者対象）では，教育上の効果や円滑な授業運営を図るため，受講者数の上限を決め，抽選により履修者を決定します。
ただし，前述の科目区分の科目であっても，特に指定がある科目については抽選を行いません。

【重要】抽選で当選した抽選対象科目は，履修削除できません。
抽選登録を行う時点でシラバスをよく確認し，自身が履修を希望する科目のみを抽選登録するようにしてください。
※やむを得ず当選した抽選対象科目を削除する必要がある場合は，所属学部（等）の教務担当に相談してください。

以下の一部の科目については，別途Moodle上で事前に履修希望登録を実施し，
履修希望者多数の場合には，抽選により履修者を決定する科目があります。
詳細は，以下を確認してください。

• 言語科目（初修外国語）

全学共通科目，全学交流科目及び教養教育科目　抽選対象科目

抽選対象科目については，シラバス及び全学共通科目・英語科目・全学交流科目・教養教育科目授業時間表よりご確認ください。

抽選登録期間

具体的な手続き方法は，所属学部の掲示板またはこちら（2025年度以降入学者用，2024年度以前入学者用）で確認してください。なお，学外からの入力も可能です。

抽選登録の対象について（注意）

• グローバル人材育成特別コースの学生は，本来所属している学部の系で抽選登録を行います。
  （例：文学部のGコース生→社会系，理学部のGコース生→自然系）

抽選結果公開

公開方法

抽選登録と同じく履修登録画面で抽選結果を公開します。
※抽選の結果公開の時点で、当選しなかった科目は履修登録画面上から削除されます。
　抽選登録した科目は、必要に応じて各自で控えておいてください。

追加募集期間

抽選定員に達していない全ての科目について 先着順で追加募集を実施します。また，追加募集の当選結果は即時公開します。

• 授業担当教員へ直接問い合わせはできません。
• 履修登録期間内に必ず学務情報システムからエラー表示の確認をしてください。
• 抽選対象科目は，抽選で当選した学生あるいは，追加募集で当選した学生以外履修できません。

※卒業・進級等の事情により，やむを得ず当選していない全学共通科目，全学交流科目及び教養教育科目 抽選対象科目の履修が必要な場合は，所属学部の教務担当窓口に相談してください。

（2）履修登録について

登録期間等について所属学部（研究科）の掲示板で確認の上，登録してください。

成績について

（1）2025年度　「第３学期」「第４学期／後期／冬季集中／春季集中」成績確認について

Webによる成績公開日

春季集中の成績公開日は2/25以降となる場合があります。
研究科のWebによる確認期間及び具体的な確認方法については，所属研究科の掲示板で確認してください。
なお，学外からの確認も可能です。
GPAについては，成績公開日の正午から反映されます。半日遅れますのでご注意ください。
GPA付き成績証明書についても，成績公開日の正午から発行可能です。

成績・履修に関して不明な点がある場合は，所属学部（研究科）の教務担当で確認してください。

また，以下の第3学期開講の必修英語科目については12月16日（火）に成績が公開されませんのでお知らせします。成績公開は12月25日（木）の予定です。

（1）Lottery entry for General Education subjects and Integrated Learnings for the 1st and 2nd term,Summer intensive lectures

Some classes (*1) have enrollment limits to ensure effective teaching and smooth class operation. A lottery is used to select students for these courses.
*1: For example, “General Education Courses” and “Integrated Learnings” (for students enrolled in AY 2025 or later), and “Courses for Developing Intellectual Understanding,” “Courses for Developing Practical Knowledge and Sensitivity,” and “Courses for Developing General Skills and Health” within “General Education Courses” (for students enrolled in AY 2024 or earlier).

【Important】Courses selected by lottery cannot be removed.
Before entering the lottery, please check the syllabus carefully and register only for the courses you want to take in the lottery.
*If you need to cancel a course for inevitable reasons, please contact your faculty/school’s Academic Affairs staff (Kyomu Tanto).

You can check your lottery-based subjects via the Web on or off campus.

* Students eligible for the lottery are decided according to their year of enrollment.

How to check lottery results

Lottery results will be available on the course registration screen (the academic affairs system).

Post-lottery application period

After the announcement of the lottery results, all the courses that have not reached the quota will accept additional applicants on the University website on a first-come-first-served basis.

＜Note＞ The call for additional enrollments will be posted on the University website. We request students to refrain from contacting faculty/school members individually to inquire about additional applications.

Make sure to check for error indications in the academic affairs system during the course registration period (Gakumu System).

* If you need to take lottery-based subjects for graduation, grade promotion or other inevitable reasons, please contact your faculty/school’s academic affairs staff (Kyomu Tanto).

Please check the registration period and other related information on your school/faculty/graduate school’s bulletin board and register subjects.

Grades

The release date for spring intensive results may be after 25 February.
For graduate school students, please check your school/faculty’s bulletin board to find out when and how to check your grades via the Web.You can check your grades via the Web on or off campus.
GPA will be reflected from noon on the day when the grades are released. Please note that there will be a half-day delay. Transcripts with GPA can be issued from noon on the day when the grades are released.

If you have any questions about grades and course enrollment, please check with your graduate school/faculty’s academic affairs staff (Kyomu Tanto).
