システム停止のお知らせ

学務情報システムのサーバ更新に伴い、以下のとおり、4日間の利用停止が発生します。
停止期間中は、証明書の発行や成績登録を含む学務情報システムの全機能がご利用いただけません。
ご不便をおかけしますが、ご理解、ご協力のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。

＜停止期間＞2026年7月23日(木)18時00分から26日(日)終日
　　　　　　※ 一般教育棟A棟の証明書自動発行機は、23日(木)9時00分から停止になります。

<影響範囲>　停止期間中は、証明書の発行や成績登録を含む学務情報システムの全機能が利用停止

<その他>　・停止期間は前後する場合があります。（再開は7月27日（月）未明の予定）
　　　　　 ・証明書の発行や学務情報システムの確認、入力等については、余裕をもって停止期間
　　　　　　 前にご対応いただきますよう、ご協力ください。
　　　　　 ・学習管理システム（Moodle）は、ご利用可能です。

Notice of system outage

Due to a system upgrade of the Academic Affairs Information System, all services will be unavailable for the following four-day period.
During this time, all functions of the system, including issuance of certificates and grade registration, will be suspended.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Service Suspension Period:
From 6:00 PM, July 23 (Thu), 2026 to end of day, July 26 (Sun), 2026
Note: The automated certificate issuing machine in General Education Building A will be unavailable from 9:00 AM, July 23 (Thu).

Scope of Impact:
All functions of the Academic Affairs Information System, including certificate issuance and grade registration, will be unavailable during the suspension period.

Additional Information:
・The suspension period may change depending on the progress of the work.
　(The system is scheduled to resume in the early morning of July 27 (Mon).)
・Please ensure that any necessary certificate requests or system inputs are completed before
　the suspension period.
・The Learning Management System (Moodle) will remain available during this time.
