【外国人留学生向け】新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により授業料納入が因難になった方に対する授業料免除（大学独自制度）
【For International Students】Tuition fee exemption for students who have difficulty in paying Tuition Fee due to the influence of COVID-19.
新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により、授業料納入が困難になった方が、以下の条件を満たす場合は、授業料免除を申請いただくことができます。
If students who have difficulty in paying tuition fee due to the influence of the COVID-19 meet the condition as follows, they are eligible to apply for tuition fee exemption as the extra application.
以下の【申請要件】を満たしている場合は、【申請書類】及び【家計急変の確認に係る添付書類】の両方を作成の上、所定の提出期限までに授業料免除の申請手続きを行ってください。
In case you meet the following conditions, apply for tuition fee exemption with "Application Documents" and "The Documents for the Authentification of the Sudden Deterioration of family budget" by the predetermined deadline.
既に２０２３年度後半期分の授業料免除申請を行った方が、申請後に新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により家計急変し、【申請要件】を満たしている場合は、【家計急変の確認に係る添付書類】及び（様式留６）申立書を追加提出してください。
申立書には、家計急変後の所得が２０１９年～２０２２年のいずれかの一年分の所得と比較して１／２以下になっているその状況について記入してください。（家計急変後の状況を基に、家計評価額を計算します。）
If students who have already applied for tuition fee exemption before and have undergone the sudden deterioration of the family budget due to the influence of COVID-19 after his/her application and meet the conditions for the extra application, submit in "The Documents for the Authentification of the Sudden Deterioration of the family budget" with a form R6 (Special Explanatory statement).
Make sure fill the form R6 accurately about your situation and reason how your income has become less than half of that of the 2019, 2020, 2021 or 2022 (Any one year) due to the influence of the COVID-19. (The amount of your family budget for the exemption selection will be estimated with the income after the sudden deterioration of your family budget.)
【申請対象者】Eligible Students
学部、大学院、別科及び専攻科の各学生（非正規生は対象外）ただし、外国人留学生については、以下のいずれかに該当する方に限ります。
一 ２０１９年１月から１２月までの間に日本国内での収入があった方
二 ２０２０年１月から１２月までの間に日本国内での収入があった方
三 ２０２１年１月から１２月までの間に日本国内での収入があった方
四 ２０２２年１月から１２月までの間に日本国内での収入があった方
Undergraduates and Graduate Students (Master's course, Doctor's course) are eligible.
Non-regular Students are NOT eligible.
Furthermore, ONLY international students who meet one item of 4 conditions below are eligible for this application.
(1) Those who have had income in Japan from January 2019 to December 2019.
(2) Those who have had income in Japan from January 2020 to December 2020.
(3) Those who have had income in Japan from January 2021 to December 2021.
(4) Those who have had income in Japan from January 2022 to December 2022.
※２０２０年４月以降に入学した学部学生の方についても、申請可能です。
Undergraduates who have been enrolled in and after April 2020 are also eligible to apply.
【申請要件】Required Condition for Application
２０２３年４月１日から申請時点までの間に、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により家計が急変した世帯の学生が次の条件に該当する場合は、申請を受け付けます。家計急変後の所得が本学の授業料免除制度の家計基準を満たしている場合に、授業料免除選考の対象とします。
一 家計急変後の世帯全体の所得（※1）が２０１９年から２０２２年までのいずれかの年の１月から１２月までの所得と比較して２分の１以下になっている場合
※1 家計急変後の所得は、家計急変後の直近３月分の所得の合計を４倍したものをもって、年間所得としてください。
If students whose current income situations in Japan have been rapidly deteriorated from April 1st, 2023 to the time of application due to the Influence of the COVID-19 meet a following condition, they are eligible for application.
Only in case your total amount of family budget fits well to the family budget standard of Okayama University, your application will be included in the selection process of tuition fee exemption.
- The amount of current income of you and your spouse in Japan (※1) has decreased and become less than HALF in comparison with that of 2019, 2020, 2021 or 2022 (Any one year).
※1 Estimate your/your spouse's current income that have been rapidly deteriorated as below.
