入学料免除･入学料徴収猶予申請要領をよく確認の上，申請してください。
各様式はＡ４判で片面にプリントしてください。

All forms are required to print on one side of A4 size paper.

次の書類は，入学する期の授業料免除申請要領を確認の上，必要書類を揃えてください。
