What is the Clerk Center?
The Clerk Center was established with the aim of reducing the burden on medical professionals such as doctors, dentists, and nurses in providing medical care, and to assign clerks effectively and perform their duties efficiently. It provides centralized management of clerks and operates across a range of professions, and consists of three departments: the Management Department, the Medical Outpatient and Dental Outpatient Clinic Department, and the Inpatient Ward, Advanced Medical Center, and Central Medical Ward Department. Its duties include matters related to the work content and assign of clerks, performance evaluation of clerks, planning and operation of training sessions for clerks, and cooperation with the Integrated Support Center for Patients and Self-Learning.
