What is the Center for Advanced Medical Professional Development？
The Center for Advanced Medical Professional Development was established in January 2022 with the goal of contributing to the maintenance and development of a high-quality, stable healthcare delivery system through the continuous development and production of outstanding medical professionals who play a central role in local and international communities.We support the formation and enhancement of medical careers across all staff, transcending professional and disciplinary boundaries. Since the 2023 fiscal year, we have initiated efforts to promote multidisciplinary collaborative healthcare. By fostering dialogue among diverse professional groups, we aim to facilitate task shifting and sharing within the hospital, thereby contributing to the creation of a workplace environment with enhanced psychological safety.
