What is the Division of Safety Management of Medical Instruments?
The Division of Safety Management of Medical Instruments secures the safe use of medical instruments, including the holding of training programs related to medical instruments, grasping of their maintenance and management conditions, as well as their management and operation, and information collection.
Our division comprises the Medical Electronic (ME) Equipment, Examination Equipment, and Radiological Equipment sections. Each section head shares in the effort to construct a system for safety management related to medical instruments. Through the holding of training relevant to medical instruments, grasping of the maintenance and management conditions and the management and operation, and information collection, we construct a safety management system and pursue efforts to ensure that patients receive safe medical care with ease.
Main Service Content
- Matters related to equipment management: We conduct maintenance inspections and the use of medical instruments in the hospital in addition to managing and operating them properly.
- Matters related to the holding of training: To secure the safe use of medical instruments, we hold training for efficient, safe, and appropriate methods of medical instruments, coping strategies for failures, and maintenance inspection methods.
- We collect information related to medical instruments and manage manuals, instruction manuals, and attached documents.
