Cardiac Rehabilitation Team

What is the Cardiac Rehabilitation Team?

Cardiac rehabilitation is a comprehensive approach that aims at the early return to society of patients with acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, or cardiac surgery, as well as prevention of recurrence and rehospitalization. Extensive clinical evidence reveals that cardiac rehabilitation improves life prognosis.

To support this approach, we cooperate not only with doctors, nurses, and physical therapists, but also with pharmacists and psychologists to provide a comprehensive program. Our team provides detailed guidance according to the condition of patients and asks patients to visit cardiac rehabilitation as outpatients after discharge, if possible.

We strive to raise the level of the team as a whole by encouraging medical staff to obtain qualifications as Registered Instructors of Cardiac Rehabilitation.
